Ok.EATING RIGHT-1. eat plenty of fruits and veggies 2. stay away from sugary,fatty,and fried foods.3. drink a lot of water4. eat lean meats or you could just not eat them but I don't reccomend that5. try to stay away from soda, even diet sodaEXERSIZE-1. If you are moving around and being active, it is exersizing.2. you could run/jog/walk, jump rope, swim, skate(ice or roller), ride your bike, play outside with friends, help your mom around the house,ect.SOME MORE INTERESTING TIPS-1. at a meal, cut what you are gonna eat in half and save the rest for later2. drink a lot of water b-4 a big meal so you won't be as hungry and you won't eat as much3. have fun drinking your water:use a crazi straw, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice in it, warm it up, put it in a funny cup, do anything with it as long as you aren't making it unhealthy and full of fat and sugar4. replace your snacks with a lowfat/sugar drink like water, crystal light, but no soda5. you could put a picture of someone that you want to look like on your fridge and whenever you feel like pigging out, look at that person and say "If I want to look like them, I have to say NO to this bad food"6. chew sugar free gum whenever you have a craving for junkfood, but don't swallow it!7. The most important tip, DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DIET! If you give up, you will end up starting it back and then giving up again.HOPE I HELPED! Wanna talk?
