When I was younger I had a great body, at about 4th and 5th grade because I belonged to a gymnastics team that worked us really hard! I could eat anything I wanted. Then after I quit that I slowly started to gain weight. In 7th grade I weighed 130 which was healthy for my height of 5'5 and then i lost untill i was 109 then in one year i gained so much weight because people made me cry saying I was too skinny. I am now about 170 and overweight. Help me I want to lose till I am about 125. I am about to start highschool and I want to lose weight in two months at least about 30 pounds right now. I want to try low calorie. Can anyone help me?
Reply from JS, Age 12 - 07/01/04 - IP#: 148.167.126.xxx 30 pounds in 2 months is to high a goal. 16-20 pounds can be lost however, if you follow a strict 1200 caloire diet( no less than 1150, no more than 1250), and workout at LEAST an hour a day.
