hey everyone, i started my diet today and so far today ive had: Breakfast:1 pc. of whole healthy wheat toast and spray 0 calorie butter. Snack:1 apple Lunch:1 pc. skinless chicken and a fruit salad(blueberries,raspberries,watermelon,apple and cherries) Dinner- grilled cheese on whole wheat toast and a salad.and i have chewd a little bit of sugar free gum insted of cookies!
