I'm 5'5 and 138 lbs and want to lose AT LEAST 15 lbs by the time school starts which is in exactly 2 months. I have been trying to lose weight for a while and stick to running every night and eating less. I've already lost about 7 pounds since maybe april but I still need to lose alot more....does anyone have any ideas because its REALLY hard to stick to a specific diet and be so commited to running every day!THANK YOU!!

Hey i think if you run it the morning rather then night you will see more of a diffrence. when you run at night your just burning off the foods you just ate, rather then if u ran in the morning you would be burning off the already stored fat. if you cant run in the mornings try to run at least and hour after you last ate so it has times to digest and then you can burn the fat... thought it might help, good luck!

if u ask me it seems like your at an ok weight im 5ft and weigh 120 pounds thats almost as much as u and ur 5 in taller than me. no worrys.
