Tell me your opinions, I want to lose weight and look great! I was wondering if other people have meal plans, or if they think the slimfast diet of a healthy balanced meals are better. When i eat the healthy balanced meals, I tend to eat much more though. It is so hard. Any suggestions, or comments. Please, I need all the help I can get!

i find if u eat a good breakfast, lunch and dinner then u dont tend to snack on junk food and therefore loose weight. it also helps if u (this sounds really weird)walk up and down stairs for 15 mins every day.

Just eat healthy such as low fat. Even if the calories are high, fat is really bad for you and so is cholesterol. and excersize!!!!! Excersizing is something almost everyone can do and can be fun b/c it makes you feel great!
