today I had 1300 calories. I had grain cereal and skim milk for breakfast, one soy burger with no bun or dressing and a bowl of fat free yougurt and rasberries for lunch and for dinner I had 2 tbs peanut butter (to get my daily fat gram requirment) and a bowl of watermelon,pineapple and black cheeries. I also had 64 oz water. For exercise I did the slim in 6 46 minnute workout video, rode my bike 2 miles and swam for about an hour (moderatly)...how did I do?

Great! Keep it up! And I love peanut butter, I'd just eat it from a spoon too, lol.

you did great but i think that 1 soy burger isn't giving you the amount of protien you need, but keep it up!
