Hey this is how I did today: Breakfast: 3 slices of whole grain toast with cream cheese and yogurt Lunch: smoked salmon sushi Dinner: Protein bar Snack: papaya and yogurt. Exercise: walked 2 hours! I am SO PROUD!!! Whoohoo and I'm down 5lbs total since I started! ~~MissyK~~
