hi guys....just wondering if anyone knows the best approach to losing weight. i am 5'5 143 lbs, but i want to lose 20 pounds... i have exercised, ate less,for like a month or so an i have inly lost two pounds!!!!!!! what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can give you a 3 day diet... its fruit and protein so its not bad for you plus its around 1000 calories a day you lose around 10 lbs in the 3 days... stay on for 3 then off for 4 repeat till your the weight you want to be... email me for the whole diet if your interested... steviebaby07@yahoo.com

some times when your body is at a good weight and you have to loose a couple pounds it takes longer keep working at it and if that dosent wrok ask your doctor

same with me..only 3 lbs in about a month and i still see no results...i've even made my workout more intense and rigorous!!!...i'm gettin pissed/frustrated and i need to lose at least 15-20 lbs by the end of AUGUST....time is running OUT....aaargh
