how can i lose 13 pounds before august 7th and keep it off?

I can give you a 3 day diet... its fruit and protein so its not bad for you plus its around 1000 calories a day you lose around 10 lbs in the 3 days... stay on for 3 then off for 4 repeat till your the weight you want to be... email me for the whole diet if your interested... steviebaby07@yahoo.com

I think diet and exercise will do it. As long as you don't go too low with the calories it should be mostly fat, and not water weight. There's still enough time if you start now. Good luck, you can do it!

You might be able to, but it might be really hard. All you have to do is eat healthy and excersize for 30-60 minutes.
