ok here is whut i ate today............b=2 pieces wheat toast with peanut butter, cornbeefhash, 2 eggs(sunnysideup), and water L=nothin D=spicy chicken burrito and a bannana..................this is how i excercised..........excercise=6-8 mile bike ride, sets of 25 crunches each 40 leg lifts each leg and 20 both legs together I feel really bad I feel I ate tooo much and that I overfilled myself. Well yea tell me whut u think
