Hey. I need help! I'm 5,2 and I weight 150!!!!! How do I lose anything. (I'm really active, so it's obviously what I eat!!!! HELP

i can give you a three day diet... its healthy and you stay on it for 3 days off for 4...repeat till desired weight... its fruit and protein so its not bad for you and you get around 1000 calories a day... if you are interested email me at steviebaby07@yahoo.com

more fiber, more water, less sodium, less sugar, less calories. veggies veggies veggies, fruit, less processed foods, more lean protien, only complex carbs(whole wheat breas, veggies)- very little simple carbs(like sugar- not the kind in fruit, more natural foods- more foods raw like fruits and veggies. less butter and unnecessary fat. stop eating chops and crackers- they're not worth it. good luck...oh and eat in between 1200-1500 cal.s daily don't go below or over. eat more smaller meals throughout the day, don;'t overeat, green tea but no soda- even diet has too much sodium....

Eat fruits and vegetables and u need more calories than non active people, try 2000 calories.

well i guess you either eat too much or just unhealthy stuff. so dont eat as much and when you do eat eat healthy and maybe exercise even more by going jogging or just walking
