ok here is what i ate today i did really bad...ok for breakfast i had 3 egg whites and 2 waffles...they are only 2 points a piece! then for lunch i had turkey on wheat bread...i aslo snacked on cinamminon toast cruch so i probably had a serving and a half of that then i had 2 small crab cakes then i had a strawberry swiss roll debbie cake thing then for dinner i had a piece of wheat bread chicken alfredo and carrots....wow that is alot of food i am sure my points went over but not too bad i think i will just be really strict tomorrow and as long as i dont eat anymore today i think i wont gain any

Its on weight watchers, they give u all the info when u go to a meeting, or u can check online at www.weightwatchers.com
