im so proud of myself you guys! I just got back from a "4th of july" type barbeque...and let me tell you, they had ALL my favorite foods, but all I had was fruit and i think i stayed within my 1300 calorie limit with that. I was so tempted 100 times to just go have a burger or a twizzler but ya know what I didn't! I usaually can't stay on a diet for 2 hours, but this is my 5th day! i really hope to keep this up! i just need to start exercising again, i took a break today becasye it didn't fit into my schedule. But anywho, also when i looked on the scale i saw I lose 10 lbs! I'm so happy...I can't wait till camp and be skinny! ps- do you guys have any tips to control yourself at barbques, im going to another one tommorow

hiya, its really good that you didnt eat lots, but remember dont be silly eat some because you have to eat, just do more excersize and then you can eat more, well done tho xx

I am always tempted at BBQ's too but what I like to do to make me not hungry and think about food is chew lots of gum. It's like food to me. Good job on losing all that weight!

acctually arent burgers healthy on the grill? cuz doesnt like the fat all burn off?

That is so great, keep up the good work!! I would say just don't even think about the food, just go talk and do whatever else there is, and before you know it you will forget all about it!

Dont stand around by the food! Put everything you wnat on one plate, and be done after that! If you get tempted , stick in a peice of gum and go socialize :)
