Hey, I've never posted here. I like to call myself Ace ;)Anyway, I am male, I am 5'6 feet tall, and I weigh 171 pounds. I want to know what I can do to lose about 15 to 20 pounds in a month. Just some tips, and lol detail would be pretty nice because I need as much help as I can get

You can lose 10 pounds a month, safely.

I am around the same weight and height and the best thing to do would be walk everyday for about 20-30 minutes. Combine that with some weight training three times a week and that will work really good. You also have to remember to drink your 8 glasses of water a day. well i have a three day diet that consists of mainly fruit and protein... stay on it for 3 then off for 4 then repeat till desired weight... you lose around 10 lbs in the 3 days... and it is healthy... you are eating fruits and protein and you still get around 1000 calories a day.... email me for more info... steviebaby07@yahoo.com
