What do you think about an all salad diet? I mean, like regular salad, grilled chicken salad, fruit salad, any kind of healthy salad even one with meat in it. Whith the grilled chicken salad and regular salad, I would use lite Italian dressing. It's not that bad really. If there is no salad where I am eating, the nI will just eat something REALLY HEALTHY. No fried, sugary, greasy, or snack foods for me. And I will only drink water. I'll try to eat the grilled chicken salad a lot so I can get my fare share of meat.

Sounds awesome to me. Just make sure you get some good protein and fiber. try not having a salad atleast once a week (besides breakfast) Oh and try ont to eat salad for breakfast..lol u prolly knew that..sorry..but I hope I helped

You should drink low fat/fat free milk. Or get calcium some other way, Hope I Helped.
