thats a tough one... it really depends on your body build... i know im 180... but i only wear a 11/12 and im 5'6... im muscular though... so it really does depend... i have a three day diet plan that consists of fruit and veggies and protein that is 100% healthy and my doctor even approved... email me if you are iterested... steviebaby07@yahoo.com by the way you can lose up to 10lbs in 3 days

It would be different amount of weight for everyone.
