i need some help. i am 13 years-old and i already weigh 215 puonds. i hate the way i look but i just can't seem to stop eatting. today i had a rice krispy treat, cheesecake, and chocolate ice cream.i've tried diet pills and not eatting carbs, but none of that seems to work. i need to shed pounds really fast like in a month because school starts back soon and i want to look great and in shape. and i don't want my brother to be known as the boy with a huge sister. please help me!

Hey like make a like graph of what you ate and how many exersises you did and cut your meals into smaller portions like cut what ever your eating and cut it into like 1/3 or 1/4 of it you will be able to eat more and get the same amount of calories and also feel confedent about loosing weight and you can just eat cheese nips their 120 calories for 20 chips i have them all day i stay up all nite and get on the computer and read the sucess stories and sleep all days so i dont eat all day i wake up a 4 in the afternoon and have dinner and thats it and also exersise thats the key

You need a diet that does not give that kind of results. Just ask your parent/guardian to buy healthy food. Such as fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and low fat dairy products. And excersize for an hour a day. You can excersize just by dancing in your room along w/ music or walking outside.
