WELP I WALKED MY THREE MILES FOR TODAY...WELL I KINDA CHEATED I WALKED ABOUT 2 1/3 BUT STILL IM DOING GOOD... MY HEART IS RACING AND I NEED SOME WATER... I'LL PROLLY WALK ANOTHER MILE TODAY SINCE I BAILED ON THE REST OF THE 3 MILE... GOTTA LOVE THAT "WALK THE POUNDS AWAY" PROGRAM!!!

I LOVE THOSE TAPES... YEAH I HAD TO WORK MY WAY UP TO THE 3 MILE... BUT THEYRE FUN CUZ ITS NOT JUST BROING WALKING

I have those tapes too! They're really easy to do! WEll, I only do the two-mile walk. Anyway, good job! ~~MissyK~~
