hey, im the kind of person who CAN eat the same thing for a long persod of time. if i eat whole wheat bread, 0 cal. spay butter , fruits, veggies, chicken, steak, shrinp, oyster crackers and low fat granola bars and yogert for my meals. (not all that in a day) can i lose 20-30 lbs by the end of august. along with cardio and jogging! ????????????

you can but rember what your wroking for because you might lose less or more and it can take a while to see anything but you will get results fast good luck

You can lose about 15 pounds. It is safe to lose more than 2 pounds a week. I hope you do well w/ ur weight loss.
