hey, im the kind of person who CAN eat the same thing for a long persod of time. if i eat whole wheat bread, 0 cal. spay butter , fruits, veggies, chicken, steak, shrinp, oyster crackers and low fat granola bars and yogert for my meals. (not all that in a day) can i lose 20-30 lbs by the end of august. along with cardio and jogging!i ate a bit more than i usually eat on my diet today but oh well. For today i had - B:1 bagel + lowfat cream cheese and 1/2 banana. L:1 toco w/ lettace and fat free cheese, 1/2 banana and 1 glass of milk. S:oyster crackers. D:small steak + 1/2 banana + oyster crackers. S-(before 6pm)1 lowfat granola bar. is this good????!!!!???!!!???!!!???i havent had pop in a week and i have been drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day!!!!!

You should only lose 2 pounds a week, but if this is your first time losing weight and you weigh more than 200 you can lose a lot more than that in the first week.
