its been one week since ive started dieting and exercising...swimming 50 minutes a day, riding my bike 2 miles and a 45 minute workout video each day with only 1200-1300 calories with under 20 grams fat and alot of water and supplements...what am i doing wrong? i don't see any improvment

its only been a week it took me 2-3 weeks to see any thing in weight and its been 7 weeks and im just know seeing little things change

What supplements are you using, that might be why.
