i just had 2 fat free soft tortilla shells with 1/3 cup fat free cheese- together 190 calories...then i had about 2 or 3 cups watermelon, maybe 200 or so calories...i feel like i just ruined my diet, i had about 1500 calories today :(

watermelon is like 90% water... its a nagative calorie food which means it takes more calories to digest it then are actually in it... so you didnt actually do that bad

I wish I could only eat that little I usually have some kind of junkfood everyday and probably more than one. It is ok, it will not ruin anything.
