At the beginning of summer I was 135lbs but now I'm 145 I didn't even realize I gained weight! I've wanted to lose weight for a long time and I've finally decided to just go out and do it. I went swimming today and yesterday I was on the stationary bike for 30 mins. I also dance salsa 2 times a week for (about 1 hour each class) but I haven’t been in almost 3 weeks :-/ I've been eating a lot more veggies and granola (which is surprisingly good). My goal weight is 115-120. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.Thanks ~Amanda

Thats great, keep up the exercise, and make sure you get enough water. Have fish, chicken, veggies, fruits and whole grains. Also drink skim or 1% milk 3 times a day which in a study helps you lose weight as part of a reduced calorie diet! Have a variety of nutrient foods, and the key is balance.
