DONT COUNT THE CALORIES IT MAKES IT HARD ON UR SELF.. COUNT THE NET CARBS.. IT MAKES IT EASIER AND YOU LOOSE IT FAST.. AND IF U KEEP DOING IT IT STAYS OFF!!! GOOD LCCK OH YEAH DONT GO OVER 20 NET VARBS... NET VARBS ARE THE CARBS MINUS THE FIBER.... BECASUE U POOP OUT THE FIBER!! GOOD LUCK
