ok this morning i ate 2 slices of Ezekile bread with some butter and water. altogether that's about 190 calories. i plan to eat lunch and stuff and ride my bike for 30 minutes (vigrously) and do pilates (25 minutes). i might play some badminton later too. do u think if i do this that i can lose 13 pounds by august 7th? i already lost 2 pounds! thankx ~Annie

I think you can! If you keep it up, you will lose 13 pounds in no time. My neighbor lose 14 pounds in one month. She wasnt overweight, but she looks good. She did it by eating healthy and small portions, doing the firm, and walking 2 miles most days of the week. I am starting weight watchers today, and I have been walking for an hour and 30 minutes everyday, so I think I will lose weight that way. Good Luck!!!
