I awas watchin the news last night and the stricter u follow the atkins diet the more ur breath starts to smell and even brushing ur teeth or gum or a breath mit wont get rid of the smell so dont do atkins if u plan on having nice fresh breath. Just my 2 cents
Reply from JS, Age 12 - 07/10/04 - IP#: 148.167.126.xxx yes, atkins does make a smell in your mouth, due to ketosis. the smell tends to resamble an asctone( nail polish remover) type smell. breath mints dont help much, scince the smells from INSIDE.
