Hi I weigh 323 lbs! and I 5"8" In the last month I have lost 2lbs!!! Im so proud!!!! Ok so its not that much but its a start right!!!? I need to know how to loose more, Iam huge and really want to get my weight down!!!

For exercise you could do anything dance around the house, go for a walk, clean the house(I know yuck, but it burns calories), play basketball, jumprope, do jumping jacks, play with your dogs if you have them, do an exercise video, or anything there are so many things you can do for exercise that is fun!!!
