Hi i am 5 ft 3 in. and i weigh 140. It is mostly in my thighs and stomach area. I wish to make it smaller, but dread the thought of leaving behind the foods that i love. I am willing to stop snacking as long as i don't have to give up any certain type of food. I eat when i am bored. i don't have any problems with excersing, but i hate the outdoors. My overeating didn't start until i learned how to stress. I need to know ways to lose weight and excercise with out wanting to give up after the first day. That is what usually happens i want to give up after one day . Please i need major advice
Reply from Lauren, Age 15 - 07/11/04 - IP#: 69.200.9.xxx Here's a trick, when I am bored of watching TV I leave the TV on and doodle and suck on ice cubes so thta my mouth and hands both have somthing to do. This also works for people who want to quit smoking.

Meaning you can eat anything just not everything. Eat healthy 90% of the time and then you get 10% of the unhealthy stuff. Just dont overdo the 10%!
