Ok, I am 5'7" and I weigh 195lbs. I recently started working out. But I can't seem to find an excersize the work off the inner thigh. If anyone has any suggestions please help. It would be much appriciated!!!

To work off the inner thigh, lay down on your side, rest your elbow on the ground with your hand supporting your head, the other hand right in front of you. Do leg lifts, make sure your hips stay in place and dont move. Do 20 leg lifts, then do 20 of where your in the same position, but make big and small circle movements with that leg in the air. Then turn over and do the same on that side. Do it everyday and see if that makes a difference. Plus losing weight helps, so eat healthy and exercise! Good luck!
