im gonna try and get all these dumb fast weight loss ideas outa my head and stop searching the net for wieghtloss ideas. all im gonna do is eat 3 healthy meals and do 20 mins exercise a day and by the end of the year i will weigh 60 pounds less im 245 now and i fink 60 pounds in like 5 and a half months is not possible im 245 now and im gonna be thin for nxt summer !!!

Hey just a thought...I workout about about 7.5 hours on Mon.-Fri., and in just 2 weeks I lost 13 lbs. imagine the possiblities. Keep your chin up because that sounds like an exelent weight loss program! Lots-O-Love

Heya~! I know what you mean, but personally, I wanmt to lose weight for myself, and I'll lose my weight by the end of the year, but I know before next summer I'll be ready. Plus, I want to buy a Kimono when I visit Japan next year in the summer! I'm not Japanese though, damn... I weighed 210 a bit back.. I'm finally 196~! Its atleast a start right?
