hey yall im very proude of my self i went to that restront stake and shake and i only had 1 large fry and well i didnt have a shake and all i had was water :) well i need to loose 22 pounds and be 118 pounds and well i need a diet buddy so please reply to my message please help me im really suprised that over a week i lost like 1 pound and a inch in my waste and ive grew an inch im proude of my self
