i would lyk to loose 10 pounds in the next week. i kno it is possible, but i need sum tips. if anyone has any ideas such as exercises i can do to loose me butt, thighs and stomach plz let me kno. also let me kno wut kinda stuff i chould eat to make this possible..thanx *~danielle*~

If you tell yourself that you are going to lose 10 pounds in one week, and then you don't, you will be dissappointed. Go for about 2 pounds a week and when you lose 10 pounds, tell yourself that you are going to continue with you weight loss and you will look great next summer. Good Luck!!!

Reply from Jane, Age 13 - 07/11/04 - IP#: 24.197.214.xxx ok well for the past 2 days ive been walking like 4 miles or so and jogging about 11'2 miles and doing 200 crunches, 50 pushups and 40 bench stand ups which is where you put one leg on a chair and then stand up then back to the ground then stand up then back to the ground etc. it sounds like alot but its really not because i sometimes just do the crunches and stuff during comercial breaks so i wont have to do them all at once o yeah and ive already lost 2 lbs and its only been like 2 days! o yeah and ive also been not eating alot but not like anorexix you can e-mail me if ya want janiej666@hotmail.com
