i need some exercises....my whole family is goin on a diet thursday, so i need exercises.....i dance but not a lot.....i am 5'10" and 210 lbs....i need to weight about 145lbs....i want to do that by april.

try walking or joging in place try wrolout tapes or a faimly fun filled day at a park
