Try to eat some protien in the mornings. 1 or 2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter is really good. It fills you up and you wont need to eat before lunch. Also if you sleep in you dont need to eat as much. It is good to try to have carb and protien at every meal. Drink tons of water so your body can flush out what it doesnt need. Also weight training even with small hand weights builds muscle. Muscle burns more calories and muscle also takes up less space than fat, even for the same weight. good luck!
