I hate myself so much, I hate waking up everyday and seeing my fat ugly face in the mirror and I hate being hungry all the time, diets never work, I tried so hard, I prayed, and still nothingi works. My stupid family doesn't care, they just load up on chips and ice cream and soda and snackcakes and theres nothing to good to eat. no one even cares, I probably have some disease preventingm e from losing weight, i already have mini heart attacks. i hate everyone because you're losing weight and i'm not, i need to lose weight more than you do I hope i die

I know how you feel, my grandma knows that I am trying to lose weight and she still buys the snackcakes and stuff just b/c my brother eats it, and she doesn't even eat it!!! I can't help but not eat it! It is so hard! I don't know what you can do except resist eating the food and go to the store and buy some of your own food. When they come in the house from buying the food, grab a bananna and go take a walk. You should excersize and keep a good mindset, I hope I helped!

Dont hope that! Just eat healthy, and even if it takes time, you will lose weight if you want it bad enough. You just got to tell yourself no everytime you feel like your reaching for something you shouldnt. Your only 16, you have your whole life ahead of you. Teens years are rough, life will get better. Do something good for yourself, life is too short to worry about everything. Just feed your body the way it was meant to be fed and treated. We are all here to help you!! If you really want to lose weight it has to come within. Praying does help cause it can relieve everything youve wanted to say. God is listening and so are we. Dont give up, your too young to think about death. There is so much to live for. Just have fun when you exercise, and keep yourself away from food, when you arent hungry.

drink water instead of sodas and juices that have lots of added sugar. if it has high fructose corn syrup in the first several ingrediants then dont drink or eat it

you coulda gotten some fruit. if you have to though, eat what your parents have, but eat less of it. also go on more walks. exercise can be used with eating better, but if you are not eating as well exercise is more important
