Hey guys! Down another pound! It took me 2 weeks...well, technically 10 days of cheating and 4 days of dieting! Hehe I'm so baad. Signing in everyday to record what I ate really helps me! So now I'm 114lbs...hoping I'll be 107lbs by next month! ~~MissyK~~

Reply from MissyK, Age 18 - 07/14/04 - IP#: 24.84.212.xxx Thanks! I started at 120lbs. That was last month. What I did was eat whatever I liked, as long as it was low in calorie. I had LOTS of sushi and white rice...so I guess I'm not into the low carb thing, hehe. Lunch was always my biggest meal of the day, it was about 800 calories. Exercise: 50 crunches every night. ~~MissyK~~
