Hey everyone its that time of the month again and i ha ve bad cramps so i have been excercisin and dealin with it sooooo yea i heard excercise caan help reduce cramps is this tru and i also heard streccthing helps calm them. Well yea and I feel that if i excercise everyday during my period then i will loose more then if i didnt and i can wait to get to my goal but im not goin to rush it well good luck

i have also heard that a little bit of movement helps cramps and to be honest my cramps never bothered me that much so i cant tell if it REALLY helped to move around.I do what you said youve been doing..just working through it, with some assist from tylenol. Good luck -Mandi-

working out during your period is good it helps cramps and your mood swings good luck hope you make it next weeks my turn
