Well Ive reached my goal weight 2 times. I weighed 156 at the start, then i reached my goal of 135, then 125. Im at 122lbs rite now. I want to weigh 115 that is my next goal weigh but it seems impossible to reach that goal! It's like my weight is stuck on 122! Plz help me.
Reply from Catherine, Age 15 - 07/16/04 - IP#: 67.168.60.xxx I started at 170, now I am at 155, I want to be 120. So I know how you are feeling. I am eating 1,200 calories a day. If I feel like I want something that is not as healthy or something, what I do is eat it, but watch my calories and fat for the whole day, to make sure it still adds up to 1,200 calories. I also exercise for an hour and a half or day. Just walking around my neighborhood at a good pace.
