hey i need some advice. i now weigh like 147 and still want to loose like 17 more lbs this month. but i'm having a hard time getting motivated. mainly cause i weigh my self in the morning and then the next day i either go up a pound or two, but it seems impossible to gain that much in one day. and i'm exercising for at least and 1hour a day but it's just not working. any suggestions? thanks a ton :)

Same thing with me. I have been weighing myself everymorning and been doing so good eating 1,200 calories, and exercising for an hour and a half, I have been losing weight. But yesterday, I weighed myself and I had gone up two pounds, and then today, I had gone back down two pounds. My mom said it could be a few things, could be waterweight, added muscle, etc. Also, weight can fluctuate, when your losing weight. So as long as your eating healthy and exercising there is no doubt you will lose weight. Oh Plus other thing it could be is does something you have been wearing fit better, cause the way your clothes fit and your weight can be toatlly different. I am going to weigh myself only once a week now. That way, I wont get depressed.
