Hey, i was just wondering if you go by carbs how many should you have a day and if you go by fat grams how many should you have. Please reply asap. Thanks, Rebekah

Reply from Clifford, Age 15 - 07/19/04 - IP#: 67.40.165.xxx i really dont think u should count that but count cals and have 1200-1500 a day of calories and excercise for an hour to 2 hours a day and u will see results but dont count carbs or fat grams it will be a little hard so just count cals and like i said u should have 1200-1500 cals a day.
