Signing in for today: Breakfast: oatmeal, papaya. Lunch: chicken, white rice. Snack: vermicelli. Dinner: 2 peaches, bowl of grapes. Hey do you guys know if you can still lose weight if u drink diet pop? I drank that today. But ppl tell me that it stalls weight loss. ~~MissyK~~

Diet pop is ok, my mom drinks it all the time and she is still losing weight.

I think it is ok to have once in a while. but even tho it has very few calories seeing as it is carbonated it can make you look bigger, or bloated so don't drink it regularly, but a little once in a while is fine.
