if i run a mile a day, dont eat junk food and do 10 sit ups a day will i lose weight?

10 situps won't really help much, but you can start at 10 and add one a day until you get to 50 or more. A mile burns more than 100 calories, on the treadmill at least.

Well, a mile burns 100 calroies. Situps don't count for much at all. Not eating junk food would help, but it's mostly the fattening stuff that gets you. To loose weight you need to reduce your intake of calories by 500 a day.

i gues... yea. cut out the junk food but remember 2 watch ur calories when u eet other foods 2. ;) good luck!
