foods that make your matabalizion go faster:fish (tuna fish, salmon, shrip, crab)chickenturkeyno red meat!lots of vegies and grape fruit...all those foods with out oil or salt or sugar...so far its been 3 days and i have lost 3 pounds :-D
Reply from June bug, Age 14 - 07/21/04 - IP#: 64.202.16.xxx i aslo doo eat healthy meals did you seriouesly read anything..come one im not that much of an idoit...i have been eating 6 small meals a day and i have been full throught the whole day..its worth it im telling you! if you dont want to do it no one is forcing im just trying to help people who are atleast 70 pounds over weight like me or others....
Reply from June bug, Age 14 - 07/21/04 - IP#: 64.202.16.xxx there is a 18 minute workout video that comes with it and you do it 2wice a week so that your mucsles can rest.. and it doesnt matter what age because there are no pills you are just eating fat buring food...and yes theres everything i havent liseted everything because thats too much adn i didnt have enough time to type it...and you also have to do at leat 15 minutes of walking this is not like your regualr diet...your are soupose to eat more not less!
Reply from Michelle, Age 20 - 07/21/04 - IP#: 12.158.14.xxx our bodies dont like when we lose weight that fast, there is a reason why they say to lose 1-2 pounds per week. losing more than that makes you lose muscle mass and gain fat. whats gonna happen is that you are gonna be less weight, but you will have more fat on you and less muscle so you will be weaker and your metabolism will slow down since there arent muscles to be doing the calorie burning. you'll eventually gain weight back and be in worse shape. just eat healthy balanced meals and you wont have to worry about that. no one food can boost metabolism, it is a combination of eating all different kinds of food and exercising with cardio and strength training.
