I did pretty well yesterday, until...dinner after my dog ate my healthy sub sandwich...then all we had was fajita chicken and i put cheese on it and ihad milk...does this sound okay??

OMG! My dog got my sandwhich before too! LOL. Knowing what happened, I think you did great! Especially compared to what you could have done. I wish I had that much will power! Good luck to you all!
