I need help gettin motivated. Im tryin to do the Atkins diet, I've lost a good ten pounds on that. Then i broke my diet, and i cant seem to get motivated enough to restart it, I love reading about people's success stories. So good luck guys and good job!. <3

After you lost the weight and started eating normally again, did you gain any weight back? Because Id really like to go on that diet but I'm scared that once I stop I'll gain all of it back...

man the atkins diet sux coz u will lose da weight but it wont stick and it totaly is not good 4 u.
