Hey everyone! I am still trying to lose this last 20 pounds. I keep telling myself that I need to get up in the morning to run but I am always so tired. See I have to get up at 5:30 because I babysit from 6-6 everyday, so 5:30 is the only time I would be able to get up. I really need help guys. I have exercised Sunday, Monday and Tuesday so far this week. I usually do 30-40 minutes on my treadmill. I still need some help. If there is anyone who has any good motivation or diets that are really good let me know. Please Respond :)

I feel sorry for you, I only babysit 8-5 and sometimes 12-5!!!

why dont u take the children u babysit swimming or to the park to play cricket or sumthing that burns loadsa cals. or u cld take them for a run around the park which will tire them out. or maybe play foot ball
