hi my name is alex. i guess what im looking for is a plan that can get me at a health weight. ive been overweight since i was about 10-11 years old and i would like to be looking better when i start my sophmore year. any advice would be appricated. thanks

Hey i have been on a diet in my city "Houston" i have been loseing 5 pounds a week. My doctor suggestes you drink 6-8 glasses of water a day no more soft drinks and sugars, no potatoes. Instead of going for the Frosted Flakes or Froot Loops GO toward Corn Flakes, Raisn Brand anything with wheat ohh ya and no more white bread, really everything with flour isn't good for you. hey, ive been overweight since i was like 5 but not like this, im 13 and weigh 207 and im 5 foot ten inches... i dont know wat to do b/c im asking every1 the same question,but can u give me n e tips on basketball(if u play) b/c i really need them, e-mail me @ lil_spongey_lover_15@hotmail.com, and thanx i know u need to drink water and run a lot
