Im such a retard i say im gunna diet and i got so depresses i ended up eating candy,i ended up getting sick though so i havent gained any weight just lost three pounds. . . so far.

we all have that problem but im starting atkins tomoro and u lose around 5 lb a week wen u do the 1st stage
