Reply from Liz, Age 15 - 07/26/04 - IP#: 198.81.26.xxx Good Job! set small little goals. Like 2-3 lbs. That way you won't get discoraged if u don't get to your goal weight in a certain amount of time. It's better to lose slowly.. in the long run. Well, good luck & DON'T give up!
