I'm David, I wiegh 155 and I'm 5'1. I've been looking everywhere to find a diet that will work but everything about teens is that eating disorders come from dieting. I would really like some help!!! My friends tell me to be who I am but I'm not confident when I look this bad.HELLLLLPPPP!!!!
Reply from Aaron, Age 14 - 07/27/04 - IP#: 64.63.216.xxx Man.....just try your best to eat healthy meals and healthy snacks.Replace soda and chocolate milk with water.Replace junk food snacks (like chips or whatever) with healthy fruits and vegetables.Get outside and go for a good brisk walk a couple of times a day, or jog or run, get involved with ur friends in some activities like basketball....eat healthy and exercise, and u will lose the weight. Its hard, it takes time......dont give up!

It is hard at first, When I first started I hadda stop like 3 times during one mile but at the end of the summer I was doing 4 miles straight. Just keep focus and u can do it
